We collect as little as we can, and only to make and deliver your report.

What we collect

• The addresses you search for.
• When you order: your name, email address and the property you chose. Stripe handles your card details; we never see them.
• Basic, anonymous website analytics.

How we use it

To make and email your report, answer your questions, handle refunds, and improve the site. We do not sell your information or use it for anyone else’s marketing.

About property owners

Reports describe properties, not people. We do not include owner names or match property records to individuals.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@housereport.co.nz.
