No. A LIM (Land Information Memorandum) is an official report only the council can issue, and it includes things we can’t see, such as building consents. HouseReport gives you a quick, clear read on a house before you spend $1,000 or more on a LIM and building inspection. If you go ahead with a house, still get the LIM.
Auckland Council’s hazard and planning maps, Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), the NZ SeaRise research programme, the Ministry of Education, Stats NZ and OpenStreetMap. The report lists every source and the date it was read.
